Tecup's potentially good Re-Textures

Hi am TeCup or Te, for short.Currently I'm doing Re-textures on models and can do Vseeface conversions if asked (for an extra fee). I also dabble a little in editing models in Blender.I listed all the models i have on my Trello (link at the bottom of the page), if you don't see the model you are looking for feel free to ask anyway and we can work something out.

1. General Terms

My Trello will display if my commission are currently open or closed and how many slots i have. Do feel free to ask me personally as well, as i might forget to update that section.
i will ask for proof if you own the model you are looking to get re-textured.
I might stream me working on your commission, if you rather i didn't please mention so and i will make a note of it. You're of course more then welcome to watch the stream and ask for changes as I'm working on it.
As mentioned with the prices i reserve the right to increase the price on complexity. This will all be discussed before any payment is made.
I reserve the right to decline any commission i do not feel comfortable doing. I am most comfortable with Furry Models, but i am willing to attempt Human ones.
The finished commission will be digital in either a ZIP file, with the png textures, or a Unity Project File. I am willing to talk you through uploading the model to VRChat. I dont know how to upload things to either ChilloutVR or Neos, I will not be able to help with those.
I do not do any Quest compatibility conversions.

2. Payment

Payment will be accepted once i notified you that i am starting your commission.
I currently only accept payment through PayPal with the currency being USD.
If the commission price is 100$+ a half now, half after the commission is finished plan can be discussed.
I will send an invoice, to the email you provided me with, with the agreed upon amount for the commission.

3. Process & Delivery

As mentioned earlier i will let you know when i am starting your commission, at which point payment will be discussed in more detail.
While I'm working on your commission i will send you frequent WiP's, so if anything is not quite right can be fixed right away.
Completing a commission can take me anywhere from a few days to a few weeks (depending on how complicated it is). If anything happens that would make me take longer then that i will let you know.

4. Copyright/Usage Policy

You are allowed to upload the textures to vrchat, neosvr, chillourvr, or any other personal use, like vtubing.
You are not allowed to resell any work I've done.
Please do not claim the textures are made by yourself, you must credit me.I reserve the right to use the finished work as example of my Re-Texture work. This will be done by taking pictures in VRchat or rendering poses in blender.
I will not upload the texture as public on my VRchat account, they will only be test avatars.

5. Refund/Cancellation Policy

You may only be entitled to a partial refund once i have started your commission, this will depend on how far along I've gotten.
If you cancel the commission before I've started it, you will get a full refund. I will initiate this by transferring the money back to you.
If for any reason you initiate a charge-back after the commission is completed and delivered, i will dispute it and reserve the right to release the textures as a public model. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
